Report cruelty and help end the dog and cat meat trade

Use our form to report incidents of the dog and cat meat trade

The dog and cat meat trade is inherently cruel and affects an estimated 10 million dogs and several million cats in Southeast Asia each year. From capture to slaughter, dogs and cats live out their last days in terror, subjected to the most brutal killing methods. You can help us put an end to this trade.

Have you witnessed dogs and/or cats being stolen, transported, or sold for their meat? Use our reporting tool to tell us what you’ve seen. (Click here for the Vietnamese form.) Many activities related to the dog and cat meat trade are illegal: pet theft, unauthorised animal transport across borders, and animal cruelty. However, we are also gathering information on legal activities that perpetuate the trade. Your information is valuable and will help save lives and prevent further suffering.

This reporting system is currently in piloting phase, and is only collecting information in Quang Nam and Da Nang Provinces in Vietnam. We hope to roll out this reporting system across Vietnam in the near future.
