FOUR PAWS Australia is seeking an experienced Data & Supporter Services Lead to join our team. In this critical role, you will manage our Database & Supporter Services Team and play a key role in ensuring the quality, security, and strategic use of our data. You will help enhance supporter engagement and support our fundraising and communication efforts, ultimately enabling us to help more animals globally.

Your contribution will be

Data Systems Management

• Overseeing Salesforce CRM and ensuring data quality, integrity, and governance
• Implementing improvements to database processes, overseeing resolution of technical issues and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
• Guiding on production of regular reports monitoring supporter behaviour, campaign performance, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Ensuring effective integration between databases and other systems, and guiding on targeted communications and supporter segmentation

Data Privacy & Compliance

• Ensuring compliance with current data privacy standards and legislation, including PCI-DSS
• Maintaining secure methodologies for data transfer & management and ensuring all systems comply with best practice data security standards

Supporter Services

• Leading the Supporter Services Team to deliver exceptional supporter service
• Developing and overseeing processes, ensuring efficient and compliant handling of donations, supporter correspondence, and inbound/outbound communications
• Coaching Supporter Service Team and database users with regular training

Development & Project Management

• Leading planning and project management for the Data and Supporter Services Team
• Contributing to the development of data-led fundraising strategies and participating in global discussions on supporter services and data management

Team Leadership & Collaboration

• Fostering a cohesive and effective team, providing leadership and training
• Leading on the recruitment and performance of staff and volunteers for the Data and Supporter Services Team

Your profile ideally illustrates

• Demonstrated experience managing and overseeing CRM databases in a not-for-profit environment (Salesforce experience highly regarded)
• Strong understanding of data governance, privacy, and compliance (including PCI-DSS)
• Proven leadership managing teams to deliver supporter-centric services
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both internal teams and external suppliers
• Experience in reporting and data analysis to drive strategic decision-making
• Proactive in identifying areas for improvement with data-led approach to solution implementation
• Previous experience with Marketing Cloud, Apsona, Form Assembly, Experience Cloud, SQL and coding appreciated but not required
• Passion for animal welfare and FOUR PAWS vision and mission
