Construction Foreman (m/f/d)

Your contribution will be
- Reviewing, evaluating, and scheduling of daily construction work orders and assignments with construction personnel.
- Providing guidance and assistance to the construction team as needed to perform the assigned work, to monitor progress of completion of work orders and team assignments
- Ensuring construction jobs are completed in accordance with the highest standards of efficiency
- Evaluating staff performance, compliance to disciplinary codes, compliance with OHSA Regulations and enabling a positive team culture
- Monitoring inventory and usage of materials and equipment
- Providing regular reports to your Line Manager on all construction areas of sanctuary activities, progress of scope of work, as well as any irregularities
Your profile ideally illustrates
- Proven experience as a Construction Foreman or similar role
- Relevant qualification or proven work experience
- Strong written and verbal English skills
- In possession of a valid driver’s license
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills
- Strong technical knowledge of erecting high security fencing and/or a strong background with general steel works
- Great affinity to animal welfare and FOUR PAWS vision and mission
